General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the dc111 platform and its users. These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" refers to dc111's website, mobile version and related services.
- "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
- "Account" refers to a user's personal registration profile.
- "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a user.
- "Wallet" refers to the funds held by a user on the platform.
1.2 Applicability
These Terms apply to all services on dc111, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other gaming services. Additional specific rules may apply to each service and will operate alongside these general terms.
Account Registration
To use services at dc111, members must create a valid account. By completing the registration process, you are considered to have accepted the terms below.
2.1 Registration Terms
- Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
- Any changes to personal information must be reported to dc111 immediately.
- It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
dc111 may at any time request a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address or other documentation for identity verification. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Age Limit & Eligibility
dc111 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above.
3.1 Age Verification
By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If any person under the age of 21 operates an account on dc111, that account will be closed immediately and all funds in the wallet may be forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions
It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in their own country or region. dc111 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability regarding a user's compliance with local laws.
Deposits & Withdrawals
dc111 ensures safe and fast payment methods. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).
- After a deposit, funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
- Users must use a payment account registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- A standard withdrawal takes between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, although dc111 may permit a different method if necessary.
- dc111 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification (KYC) is complete.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, a withdrawal request may be suspended pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
dc111 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. These offers are provided under specific conditions and may be cancelled if misused.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
- Depositing ৳10,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
- dc111 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Program
dc111 has three VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
